At this stage we would like to inform you that all companies belonging to the Interschalt group have been merged to
INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG.
The merger has become effective on September 01, 2007 and touches the companies Avecs Corporation AG, Avecs Bergen GmbH, H.M. Stein Sohn GmbH, Seacos Computersysteme & Software GmbH as well as Interschalt AG and Interschalt GmbH.
INTERSCHALT maritime systems AG will act in the maritime market as a solid company with the three business fields
- Engineering & Automation
- Software Solutions and
- Maritime Services.
Our new positioning counts for our goal to provide complete solutions from one single source.
The concentration of our activities under one mutual roof requires some organizational and formal changes that we herewith would like to inform you about.
Please note that the delivery address in future may be different from the invoicing address. All invoices should be sent to Interschalt headquarters in Schenefeld:

In order to guarantee a smooth processing of all invoices we kindly ask you to indicate your Interschalt creditor number as well as the order number and the delivery address. Apart from that, our general business terms are being revised and will be forwarded to you by separate mail.
